When will my order ship?

Online orders will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.

Shipped orders will be sent via USPS/UPS/FedEx with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any damages, lost or stolen packages, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at check out.

You will be notified of any shipping delays and items that are out of stock or backordered. Should any other unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified via email.

When will in-store pick ups be ready?

If you choose to use our in-store pick-up option, you will be notified via email when your purchase is ready to be picked up. In-store pick-up orders are normally ready within 24 hours of your order being placed.

We are a small business and many of our items are limited in quantities, on occasion we may be sold out of an item and will contact you with other product options to fulfill your order or a refund.


What is your Return Policy?

Thank you for shopping with us at Coco & Capri! It is very important to us that you love and are happy with your purchases. We are happy to offer In-store and Online Orders Store Credit or Exchange only if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that were purchased, need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.

Final Sale on all Markdown Items, Sunglasses, Undergarments and Hair Accessories.

Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for returned purchases. 

When will I receive my Credit?

  1. Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), Coco & Capri, will issue a Store Credit for the cost of the returned item(s), plus sales tax. The Store Credit Number will be emailed to the customer.
  2. If you indicate that you wish to exchange an item for one of greater value, those charges will be applied to your credit card along with new shipping charges and a new receipt will be issued.
  3. Original shipping charges, your costs to return item(s), and charges to ship exchanged item(s), if applicable, will not be refunded.


Where are you located?

We are located at 222 US 1, Suite 3 in Tequesta Florida inside of Plaza 222. You'll find us inside of Sea Spirit Skincare! It is on the west side of US1 in the building next door to Bunkhouse Coffee. Store hours are by appointment only for the Summer / Off Season.

Do you offer any special events?

We offer in home shopping events and pop ups at local markets. Inquire with Ashley for more info or if you would like to host your private shopping event!
